Kris Ball knows that developing a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. She has been a registered dietitian since 1999 and has counseled and guided hundreds of people of all ages who know they need to be healthier and want to do something about it. Her goal is to help her clients find the healthy eating plan that works for them and help them reach their health goals.

Kris’s goal is to help people of all ages live the best and healthiest lives they can. She is a graduate of Colorado State University and interned at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in the Chicago area. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and is ready to help you on your journey toward living a healthful life.
