Kris helped me gain new knowledge about nutrition that helped me lose weight. I had a lot of misconceptions around what was “healthy” and she helped me understand that not all proteins are created equal. When I made the decision to go gluten-free, she helped me figure out how to replace nutrients and get enough energy without wheat in my diet. I’m so grateful for the education and support she gave me.

Kris is amazing! She is very knowledgable on both nutrition and exercise and knows when to push me. But what I love the most about Kris, is that she understands real life. She is always so flexible and has the best ideas!!

Kris is an amazing Dietitian and trainer! She has helped me in one way or another over the last decade. She makes working out convenient and fun and always has new and creative ways to prepare nutritious meals. Her positive energy is contagious! I am a better person all around by having her as a coach.

Kris Ball and her NuMuv Wellness business has been instrumental in my life for the past year. Following the birth of my second child, I was excited to dive into something that would help me feel energetic and get back to a healthy lifestyle. I have been attending her nutrition and circuit training classes on a consistent basis and I can honestly say that I feel great! Kris is warm and welcoming and she creates a positive and productive atmosphere for workouts. The results I have achieved are attributed to Kris’s great combination of diverse full-body exercise programs, her expertise in diet and nutrition and her guidance in challenging yet achievable goal-setting. She is very committed to helping her clients succeed and her knowledge and leadership sets the foundation for a new healthier lifestyle. I would highly recommend Kris Ball and I am so grateful for all the ways that she has helped me!

I recently found out that I was not only pre-diabetic, but I also have a gluten sensitivity. Kris instantly helped reassure me that these new diagnoses were NOT the end of the world, and gave me the simple and reliable advice I needed to work through the initial anxiety of having to change my daily nutrition. She is a great at listening to my needs and concerns, AND she is awesome to work with. I’m glad to have her in my corner! (Fort Collins, CO)

I really enjoyed working with Kris. Her passion and love for nutrition is contagious. It was really helpful to have her as a guide and mentor on my health and wellness journey. So far I’ve lost 22 pounds in 6 months! Now that I am on my own, I feel confident moving forward as I continue to work towards my goals. Thank you Kris.
